Join us for an uplifting afternoon of herbal mocktails, infused teas, music, and community connection in the garden. Roots & Refreshments is a hands-on, DIY drink experience where guests create their own beautiful, plant-based beverages using fresh herbs, fruits, and ingredients that can be grown at home or in community gardens.
Instead of a traditional bar, you’ll move through interactive stations — choose your glass, add a flavored rim, muddle fruit or herbs, and watch your drink come together. Along the way, you’ll learn simple herbal wellness traditions and discover how plants like hibiscus, tulsi (holy basil), mint, lemon balm, and lemongrass can become everyday ingredients for healthy living.
